- Any Time Scorer
- A bet that a chosen player will score at any point during the match.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap that splits the bet into two parts, eliminating the draw and balancing the odds between teams.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money set aside for betting activities.
- Bet Slip
- The electronic record where you select your bets, set the stake, and confirm the wager.
- Both Teams to Score
- A bet on whether each side will score at least one goal during the match.
- Cash Out
- A feature allowing you to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Correct Score
- A bet requiring you to predict the exact final score of the match.
- Double Chance
- A bet covering two of the three possible outcomes (e.g., home win or draw) in a single wager.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet where you get your stake back if the match ends in a draw, while picking a winner.
- European Handicap
- A handicap applied to a match that includes the draw as a possible outcome, expressed in whole or half goals.
- First Goal Scorer
- A wager on which player will score the opening goal of the match.
- Free Bet
- A bet funded by the bookmaker that lets you risk no own money, with only the profit returned.
- In-Play
- Betting on a match after it has started, with odds that update as the game progresses.
- Juice
- The commission or margin a bookmaker adds to the odds, also called "vig".
- KYC
- "Know Your Customer" – the process a bookmaker uses to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
- Moneyline
- A bet on which team will win the match outright, with odds reflecting the probability.
- Odds
- The number that tells you how much you can win relative to your stake, reflecting the likelihood of an outcome.
- Over/Under
- A bet predicting whether the total number of goals in a match will be higher or lower than a set figure.
- Payout
- The total amount you receive when a bet wins, including your original stake plus profit.
- Risk-Free Bet
- A promotion that refunds your stake as a free bet if your selection loses.
- Self-Exclusion
- A tool that lets you temporarily or permanently block your own account to aid responsible gambling.
- Stake
- The amount of money you risk on a bet.
- Unit
- A standard measurement of a bet size, often a fixed percentage of your bankroll.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving an edge.
